Guaranteed Pre-Orders

Introducing Owl Readers Club Guaranteed Pre-Orders. When you order, you WILL get your book(s) together with the other orders in your cart) no later than a week after the stipulated ship out date! 

If we fail to deliver:

a. The book is never delivered for any reason - 110% of the book price will be refunded to you in points equivalent for you to redeem for a code to purchase other books.

b. The book is delivered late - 10% of the book price is awarded to you in points equivalent for you to use with your other points to redeem for a discount to purchase other books.
