Refund Policy

1 Definitions 
1.1 “Product” means any goods (including the paid membership) listed on our site that you can submit an order for through our site. 

2 Returns 
2.1 We will accept return of a Product (other than a paid membership) if we receive an email from you to our email address: within 7 days from the date of your order and we will refund the cost of the Product in accordance with Clause 3 below, upon our receipt of the Product at the following address:

3 Refunds 
Where we determine (in our absolute discretion) that we need to make a refund, we will reverse or refund the payment in the same manner that such payment was originally made. In the event a reversal or refund is not possible for any reason, we will refund the cost of the Product to you in the form of credit vouchers equal to the cost of the Product, which you can use for subsequent purchases with us.
